On December 12, Jiangsu Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd. announced that its board of directors received a written resignation report from Director and Deputy President Shen Zhichao. Shen has resigned from his positions as director, member of the board's specialized committees, and deputy president due to work-related reasons.
The bank stated, "During his tenure, Mr. Shen Zhichao demonstrated dedication and diligence, playing a positive role in promoting the bank's high-quality and sustainable development. The bank and its board of directors sincerely appreciate his contributions."
