MINIEYE Non-Executive Director Liu Yiran to Step Down in October 2026

Minieye Technology Co., Ltd (MINIEYE) announced that Ms. Liu Yiran has tendered her resignation as a non-executive director, effective 16 October 2026, citing personal work arrangements.

The company confirmed that Ms. Liu has no disagreements with the board and is unaware of any matters requiring shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention. The board expressed appreciation for her contributions during her tenure.

MINIEYE stated that the resignation will not reduce board membership below the required quorum, ensuring continuity of governance and normal business operations.

Following the change, the board will comprise: • Executive Directors: Dr. Liu Guoqing (Chairman and General Manager), Mr. Yang Guang, Mr. Zhou Xiang, and Mr. Wang Qicheng • Non-Executive Director: Mr. Zhang Jianping • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Tan Kaiguo, Ms. Su Jia Alice, and Dr. Tan Mingkui
