CH FRONTIER TEC Sets 29 June 2026 AGM to Approve FY 2025 Results, Director Re-elections and Fresh Share Mandates

China Frontier Technology Group (CH FRONTIER TEC) has issued a proxy form for its annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for 29 June 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Hong Kong.

Key items on the agenda:

1. FY 2025 Financial Statements • Shareholders will vote on receiving and approving the audited consolidated financial statements, together with the directors’ and auditors’ reports, for the year ended 31 December 2025.

2. Board Composition • Proposed re-election of Executive Directors Ms. Zhang Yingzhao and Ms. Ren Song. • Proposed re-election of Independent Non-executive Director Ms. Peng Xiaoliu. • The board also seeks authorisation to determine directors’ remuneration.

3. Auditor Re-appointment • Prism Hong Kong Limited is nominated for re-appointment as external auditor, with authority for the board to set its remuneration.

4. Capital Management Mandates • General mandate for the board to repurchase the company’s shares. • General mandate for the board to allot, issue and deal with additional shares. • Extension of the issuance mandate by the number of shares repurchased under the repurchase mandate.

Shareholders wishing to vote in person or by proxy must submit completed proxy forms to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting. The company emphasizes that returning the proxy form does not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person at the AGM.
