Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures Limited (1442) Announces Auditor Resignation

Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures Limited (the Company) announced that its auditor, Kreston Malaysia, resigned with effect from 30 October 2025. According to Kreston Malaysia’s letter of resignation, the decision was driven by professional risk considerations, audit fees, and limited internal resources.

Kreston Malaysia confirmed there are no circumstances related to its resignation that require additional disclosure to shareholders. The board, including the Company’s audit committee, also stated there is no disagreement between the outgoing auditor and the Company. Kreston Malaysia had not commenced any audit work for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 prior to its resignation.

The Company is arranging the appointment of a new auditor to fill the resulting vacancy and will make further announcements once confirmed. Appreciation was expressed to Kreston Malaysia for its professional service and quality work during its tenure.
