Entering October, companies listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Main Board have been rolling out buyback plans and announcements on the continued progress of buyback implementation, using real capital to signal confidence in their own long-term value to the market.

Statistics show that since October, Shanghai Main Board companies have issued more than 120 buyback-related announcements (including buyback plans, buyback progress, and completion-type announcements). It is worth noting that the company also disclosed a shareholder increase plan during the same period, with its controlling shareholder Shenzhen Dongyangguang Industrial and its concert party Yichang Dongyangguang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. planning to increase their holdings by 300 million yuan to 600 million yuan of company shares within 6 months starting from October 1, 2026, through centralized bidding transactions, block trades, and other methods.
