Tianyu Semi Introduces Full Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express04-27

Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (Tianyu Semi) announced that, with effect from 27 April 2026, all future corporate communications will be provided exclusively in electronic form, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

The complete English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, circulars, meeting notices and other shareholder documents will be uploaded to both the company website (www.sicty.com) and HKEx’s disclosure platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be supplied only upon request.

Non-registered shareholders will no longer receive separate notices alerting them to each new online publication. Instead, they are expected to monitor both websites proactively to access new materials.

Shareholders who prefer hard copies can submit a request form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 2658-ecom@vistra.com. Once filed, the print-copy preference will remain effective until it is revoked or changed.

Enquiries regarding the new arrangement can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), or via the email address above.

The initiative aims to streamline information delivery, reduce paper consumption and align the company’s disclosure practices with prevailing ESG standards.
