Bank Of Shanghai Co.,Ltd. Elects Niu Ren as New Employee Director of the Board

On December 10, Bank Of Shanghai Co.,Ltd. announced that the company recently held its sixth-term fifth employee representative assembly, during which Niu Ren was elected as the new employee director of the board.

According to his resume, Niu Ren was born in January 1976 and holds a master's degree in economics from Fudan University, majoring in finance. He is a senior economist and currently serves as Deputy Party Secretary, Employee Director, Chairman of the Labor Union, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Head Office at Bank Of Shanghai Co.,Ltd.

Previously, Niu Ren held multiple leadership roles, including Deputy Director of the Youth Work Department and Organization Department of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission, Chairman of the Labor Union, and Director of the Personnel Department (Human Resources and Retired Cadres Division) at the Shanghai Financial Work Party Committee.

He also served as Director of the Personnel Department (Talent Work and United Front Division) and First-Level Investigator at the Shanghai Financial Work Party Committee, Business Director and Vice President of Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange Co., Ltd., and Vice President of Shanghai Exchange Group Co., Ltd.
