In traditional strongholds such as vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen supply systems and hydrogen refueling station equipment, the group maintained its industry-leading position, with sales growth remaining at the forefront of the sector. It is worth noting that the contribution of the water electrolysis hydrogen production business to the group's operating revenue increased from 6.9% in the 2024 fiscal year to 28.6% in the 2025 fiscal year. The product structure continues to optimize, and the role of strategic emerging businesses in supporting overall performance has significantly strengthened.
Facing performance pressure due to industry-wide adjustments during the 2025 fiscal year, the company actively responded at the strategic level and implemented a series of measures: (i) continuously increasing investment in the research and development of emerging products, with a focus on non-transportation sectors such as water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment and liquid hydrogen industry chain equipment, to consolidate technological advantages; and (ii) promoting the implementation of benchmark projects and actively cultivating new business growth points. Specific initiatives by the group include the successful commissioning of the Qilu 10-ton liquid hydrogen project in November 2025, which is recognized as a major technological equipment project by the National Energy Administration. Additionally, the integrated wind-solar green hydrogen production and refueling demonstration station in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, and the Xihai Comprehensive Energy Station in Manas County, Xinjiang, have been fully operational. The Tonghuide Green Hydrogen Metallurgy Project in Xinjiang has also been successfully implemented, expanding the application of green hydrogen beyond chemical and transportation sectors. Furthermore, the company delivered multi-scenario water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment and project solutions to countries including Malaysia, India, Morocco, and Germany.
