China Daye Nonferrous Metals (00661) announced that Mr. Zhang Jinzhong has resigned from his positions as executive director and chief executive officer, effective April 22, 2026, due to other commitments. Mr. Zhang also stepped down as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's listing rules on the same date. Mr. Li Haibo has been appointed as executive director, chief executive officer, and authorized representative, effective April 22, 2026.
