DOBOT (02432) has announced that, due to internal work arrangement adjustments, Mr. Wang Yong has resigned from his position as joint company secretary of the company, effective April 2, 2026. However, he will continue to serve as an executive director, chief financial officer, and deputy general manager. Mr. Ni Yaoqing has been appointed as joint company secretary, effective April 2, 2026.
