BG Blue Sky Announces Management Reshuffle: New Company Secretary and Authorised Representatives Effective 31 July 2026

Beijing Gas Blue Sky Holdings Limited (BG Blue Sky) has confirmed a forthcoming change in key corporate governance roles effective 31 July 2026.

The Board has accepted the resignation of Ms. Annie Chen from her dual positions as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under both Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance.

In her stead, executive director Mr. Yeung Shek Hin will assume the roles of Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under the Companies Ordinance. Mr. Yeung, aged 40, joined the Board on 1 July 2022 and currently oversees the Group’s finance, legal and compliance functions. His background includes senior finance positions at Shandong HiSpeed New Energy Group (formerly Beijing Enterprises Clean Energy) and more than 15 years of corporate finance and auditing experience with Big 4 firms and Hong Kong–listed companies. Mr. Yeung holds a BBA (Hons) in Accountancy with a minor in Finance from City University of Hong Kong, is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Separately, executive director Mr. Li Xianning has been appointed BG Blue Sky’s Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, also effective 31 July 2026.

The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Chen for her service and welcomed Mr. Yeung to his expanded responsibilities.

As of the announcement date, BG Blue Sky’s Board comprises four executive directors—Mr. Li Weiqi (Chairman), Mr. Wu Haipeng, Mr. Li Xianning, and Mr. Yeung Shek Hin—one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
