NSING TECH Shifts to Electronic Delivery of Corporate Communications in Line with HKEX Rule 2.07A

Bulletin Express04-17

On 17 April 2026, Nsing Technologies Inc. (“NSING TECH”) announced the adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, implementing the requirements of Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

Effective immediately, shareholders can access the full English and Chinese versions of financial reports, meeting notices, circulars and other statutory documents (“Corporate Communications”) on the company’s website (www.nsingtech.com) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Routine hard-copy mailings will cease; printed versions will be issued only upon specific request.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer physical copies must complete and return the designated Request Form to the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email 2701-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains valid until the last day of NSING TECH’s next financial year unless earlier revoked or replaced, after which a new written request will be required.

The company will no longer issue separate notifications when new documents are uploaded online, and shareholders are advised to monitor the stated websites for timely information. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours or via email at 2701-ecom@vistra.com.

The board resolution was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Sun Yingtong, formalising NSING TECH’s transition to a fully electronic communication model aimed at enhancing efficiency and environmental sustainability.
