Jiangxi Copper to Convene 7 Aug 2026 A-Share Class Meeting on Assured Entitlement Plan for JCC Copper Foil Spin-Off

Jiangxi Copper Company Limited will hold an A-Share Class Meeting on 7 August 2026 at 2:50 p.m. in the company’s conference room at JCC International Plaza, 7666 Chang Dong Avenue, High-tech Development Zone, Nanchang, Jiangxi, PRC.

The sole agenda item is a special resolution seeking approval to grant an assured entitlement exclusively to the company’s H-shareholders in connection with the proposed spin-off and main-board listing of subsidiary JCC Copper Foil on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

A-shareholders entitled to vote may appoint one or more proxies; proxy forms and notarised authorisations must be lodged at the company’s registered address no later than 24 hours before the meeting or any adjourned session. Attendees are required to present valid identification, and all travel and accommodation costs will be borne by participants. The meeting is expected to conclude within half a day.

The notice is issued by Deputy Chairman Zhou Shaobing on behalf of the board dated 21 July 2026. Current executive directors are Zhou Shaobing, Gao Jian-min, Liang Qing and Yu Minxin; employee director Miao Shenggang; independent non-executive directors Wang Feng, Lai Dan, Liu Shuying and Liu Zhihong.
