China Southern Airlines Company Limited (600029.SH) has announced that its application to issue A-shares to specific investors has been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company recently received the exchange's review opinion, which states that the application meets the conditions for issuance, listing, and information disclosure requirements.
The exchange confirmed that it will forward the application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration after receiving them.
