Effective 21 August 2026, the auditor’s English name changes from “Prism Hong Kong Limited” to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” while the Chinese name changes from “栢淳會計師事務所有限公司” to “思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司.”

The change was disclosed in a Board announcement dated 25 August 2026 and signed by Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Li Zubin. Current Board composition remains unchanged, comprising three executive directors—Li Zubin, Yuan Xiaohong and Wang Bo—and three independent non-executive directors—Lau Jing Yeung William, Lu Yuanzhu and Tse Man Kit, Keith.
