CONCORD HC GP (02453) announced that, due to internal role adjustments within the group, Ms. Fu Xiao will step down from her position as Group President, effective January 12, 2026. Ms. Fu Xiao will transition to a role as a company advisor and will continue to serve as an Executive Director of the group. Mr. Jiang Wei has been appointed as President, with the appointment taking effect on January 12, 2026.
