CHINA OVERSEAS (00688) has announced its operational figures for June and the first half of 2026.
In June 2026, the contract property sales value for the CHINA OVERSEAS group of companies amounted to approximately RMB31.35 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 5.5%. The corresponding sales area was about 978,100 square meters, which declined by 28.7% compared to the same period last year.
For the cumulative period from January to June 2026, the group's total contract property sales value reached roughly RMB134.35 billion, marking an 11.8% rise year-on-year. The total cumulative sales area was approximately 4.50 million square meters, showing a decrease of 12.1% compared to the prior year.
Furthermore, as of June 30, 2026, the group had secured subscribed property sales of about RMB14.06 billion, which are expected to be converted into contract property sales in the coming months.
In terms of land acquisitions, neither the company nor its subsidiaries acquired any land plots in June 2026. However, for the first half of the year, the company and its subsidiaries added a cumulative total of approximately 744,800 square meters in gross floor area attributable to equity, with the corresponding cumulative land premium attributable to equity amounting to about RMB7.66 billion.
Additionally, in June, CHINA OVERSEAS HONGYANG (together with its subsidiaries) acquired new land, including a plot in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and two plots in Tangshan City, Hebei Province. The attributable gross floor area for these acquisitions totals about 397,400 square meters, with an attributable land premium of approximately RMB1.79 billion.
