On December 2, XPENG-W's Vice President announced via Weibo that the company's inaugural Family Day event concluded successfully, with its employee fertility fund having distributed over 3.7 million yuan in total.

On November 29, XPENG-W hosted its first Family Day, bringing together more than 20,000 employees and their families for an immersive event blending technology and humanistic care. The "XPENG Next Generation" had their first hands-on experience with the futuristic innovations their parents helped create, including AI-powered vehicles, robotics, and flying cars.

CEO He Xiaopeng highlighted the company's "Six Good" employee care framework—focusing on well-being, health, learning, family, benefits, and workplace culture. Initiatives include the 3.7 million yuan fertility bonus, a 20,000-square-meter staff cafeteria offering over 400 dishes, an 80,000-square-meter internal park, and comprehensive insurance covering more than 50 benefits.

Beyond workplace perks, He Xiaopeng also played matchmaker at a dedicated dating corner during the event. The matchmaking session collaborated with over 50 Guangzhou-based organizations, attracting 1,500 young professionals from the Greater Bay Area. Additionally, He engaged with employees' families and car owners as a "warm-hearted mentor," strengthening the sense of community within the XPENG "big family."
