China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) has finalized the issuance of its 2026 ninth tranche of short-term commercial paper, raising RMB4.00 billion.
The notes, priced at par with a nominal value of RMB100 per unit, carry a 365-day tenor and a final coupon rate of 1.53%. Proceeds are earmarked to supplement the company’s working capital.
The transaction falls under the mandate approved at CGS’s first extraordinary general meeting of 2025, which permits the board to issue debt financing instruments up to 350% of the firm’s latest audited net assets.
Issuance was completed on 23 June 2026, with Chairman and Executive Director Wang Sheng signing the announcement on behalf of the board.
