Lepu Bio-B (02157) announced that the board of directors has proposed the appointment of Ms. Fan Xinyu as a supervisor. If approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting, her term will commence from the date the relevant resolution is passed and will last until the expiration of the second board of directors' term. She will be eligible for re-election upon the completion of her tenure.
