Hong Kong stock exchange filings revealed that on December 16, a shareholder of YOFC (06869) transferred shares worth HK$447 million from BNP Paribas to Citibank, representing 3.01% of the company's total shares.
On December 10, YOFC announced that it had entered into a placement agreement with its placing agent after market hours on December 9. Under the terms of the agreement, the company agreed to issue 70 million placement shares at HK$32.26 per share. The placing agent will act on behalf of YOFC to secure subscribers for the shares at the agreed price.
