On October 22, Chen Wenjian, Party Secretary and Chairman of China National Railway Group, held discussions with Zhou Zhou, Party Secretary and Chairman of China National Gold Group, in Beijing. The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges regarding the further deepening of strategic cooperation. Chen expressed that in recent years, China National Railway and China National Gold have strengthened their collaboration in areas such as engineering construction and resource development, establishing a solid cooperative relationship. Moving forward, he hopes both parties can leverage their respective strengths to deepen cooperation in project collaboration, resource integration, and the expansion into new overseas fields, achieving resource sharing, complementary advantages, and mutually beneficial outcomes. Zhou noted that the cooperation space between China National Gold and China National Railway is vast and holds significant potential. He anticipates that both sides will fulfill their responsibilities as central state-owned enterprises, focusing on safeguarding national mineral resource security and leveraging their core business advantages to comprehensively enhance cooperation in mineral resource development, mining, mining engineering, and the construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative, thus achieving win-win development. Wang Zuoman, Deputy General Manager of China National Gold, Geng Shubiao, Party Committee Member and Vice President of China National Railway, along with responsible personnel from related departments and units of both sides, participated in the talks.
