Shun Tak Holdings Limited reported no changes to its share capital for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to the company’s latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 September 2026.

• Issued Share Capital The number of ordinary shares in issue remained at 3.02 billion, with zero treasury shares held. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the month, leaving total issued shares unchanged.

• Public Float Compliance Management confirmed that Shun Tak continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares as at end-August.

• Equity Incentive Schemes and Other Instruments – Share Option Scheme: No outstanding options, exercises, or grants; the scheme—last approved on 29 June 2022—had no dilutive impact in August. – Warrants and Convertible Securities: The issuer reported no warrants or convertible instruments outstanding. – Other Equity Agreements: Up to 148.88 million ordinary shares remain available for issuance as consideration shares tied to the November 2016 agreement concerning the Nam Van District sites in Macau; none were issued during the month.

With stable share capital, absence of treasury stock activity, and confirmation of adequate public float, Shun Tak’s equity structure remained unchanged through August 2026.
