Jiufang Digital: Winto Group Renames, Updates Ticker Short Name, Logo and Website

Jiufang Digital Technology Holdings Limited (formerly Winto Group (Holdings) Limited) has confirmed a comprehensive re-branding that takes effect on 3 August 2026.

Key changes 1. Corporate identity • English name changes from “Winto Group (Holdings) Limited” to “Jiufang Digital Technology Holdings Limited”. • Chinese dual-foreign name changes from “惠陶集團(控股)有限公司” to “玖方數智科技控股有限公司”. • New corporate logo adopted and to be used on all official documents.

2. Stock Exchange display • Stock short name on HKEX will change from “WINTO GROUP” to “JIUFANG DIGITAL” in English and from “惠陶集團” to “玖方數智” in Chinese. • Stock code remains unchanged at 8238. • The switch becomes effective at the market open on 3 August 2026.

3. Regulatory approvals • Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued the certificate of incorporation on change of name on 2 July 2026. • Companies Registry in Hong Kong issued the certificate of registration of alteration of name on 15 July 2026.

4. Corporate website • Official site moves from www.wintogroup.hk to www.8238.hk as of 3 August 2026.

5. Shareholder impact • Existing share certificates bearing the former name remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery. • No free exchange of share certificates will be arranged.

Management states that the re-branding does not affect shareholder rights, daily operations or the company’s financial position.
