BRETON has announced the signing of a strategic cooperation framework letter of intent with Shanghai ZHIDA TECH-NEW Development Co., Ltd.
This agreement, established based on principles of complementary strengths and mutual benefit, outlines a long-term strategic partnership focused on new energy engineering equipment and intelligent charging infrastructure, with an intended duration of three years.
Under the agreement, the parties plan to grant each other non-exclusive agency rights in overseas markets, including regions such as Indonesia, Australia, and Latin America, for the distribution of each other's products and services.

The strategic cooperation is expected to facilitate the promotion of BRETON's pure electric engineering equipment and autonomous driving technology products, while expanding the business footprint in smart mining and charging infrastructure.
Collaborating with the smart mining sector as a key scenario, the partners aim to integrate BRETON's mining operation robot clusters with ZHIDA TECH-NEW's intelligent charging robot systems to develop a zero-carbon, mechanized mining solution.
This initiative is designed to enhance overall competitiveness, drive the green transition, accelerate commercial implementation, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both companies.
