Vitasoy Int'l repurchases 22,000 shares; cumulative buybacks reach 33.11 million under current mandate

Vitasoy Int'l disclosed another on-market share repurchase on 3 August 2026, buying back 22,000 ordinary shares at prices between HKD 6.43 and HKD 6.44. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.14 million.

Including this latest transaction, 33.11 million shares have been repurchased under the mandate approved on 25 August 2025, representing 3.15 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. The authority permits buybacks of up to 104.95 million shares.

The newly repurchased shares, together with previous buybacks completed on 24 July (30,000 shares at HKD 6.32), 27 July (46,000 shares at HKD 6.39) and 28 July (12,000 shares at HKD 6.44), are pending cancellation. In total, 110,000 shares are awaiting cancellation.

Following the latest transaction, Vitasoy Int'l’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.02 billion shares, as cancellations have not yet been processed. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales runs until 2 September 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
