Guangdong Announces New Fuel Prices Effective April 7

The Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued an announcement on the latest fuel prices on April 7. According to the refined oil pricing mechanism and recent changes in international market oil prices, the state has continued to implement regulatory measures on refined oil prices. Starting from 24:00 on April 7, domestic refined oil prices will be raised, with gasoline and diesel prices in Guangdong increasing by RMB 420 and RMB 400 per ton, respectively, based on current prices.

The adjusted maximum retail prices for refined oil in Guangdong are as follows: - 0# diesel: RMB 8.60 per liter - 89# gasoline: RMB 8.28 per liter - 92# gasoline: RMB 8.92 per liter - 95# gasoline: RMB 9.66 per liter

Note: 89# gasoline, with an octane rating of 89, replaced 90# gasoline after the implementation of the National V standard. Its anti-knock performance falls between 92# gasoline and diesel.

According to previous data, the maximum retail prices for refined oil in Guangdong since 24:00 on March 23 were: - 0# diesel: RMB 8.26 per liter - 89# gasoline: RMB 7.97 per liter - 92# gasoline: RMB 8.58 per liter - 95# gasoline: RMB 9.30 per liter

Compared to the previous adjustment in Guangdong, the latest price increases are as follows: - 0# diesel: up by RMB 0.34 per liter - 89# gasoline: up by RMB 0.31 per liter - 92# gasoline: up by RMB 0.34 per liter - 95# gasoline: up by RMB 0.36 per liter
