Century Group International Confirms 14 September 2026 Effective Date for Share Consolidation

Century Group International Holdings Limited announced that all prerequisites for its approved share consolidation have been satisfied, and the corporate action will take effect on Monday, 14 September 2026.\n\nFrom 9:00 a.m. on the effective date, trading in the company’s consolidated shares will commence on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Shareholders should note that new pink share certificates will be issued for the consolidated shares, replacing the existing blue certificates.\n\nDetails on trading arrangements, procedures for exchanging share certificates and odd-lot matching services are set out in the company’s circular dated 25 August 2026. The board of directors reaffirmed that no further shareholder action is required beyond the steps outlined in that circular.
