During the long National Day holiday, Xiaotieshan Mine planned ahead and organized production with lean management, strengthened mining, ore supply and filling work, adhered to closed-loop safety management, carried out dragnet-style hazard inspections and immediate rectification, achieving the principle of "discover one, rectify one, close one." At the same time, through "daily scheduling summaries and clear shift handovers," task indicators were broken down to shifts and positions, ensuring tight and efficient coordination among all processes. Yuan Zuojun, Deputy Director of Xiaotieshan Mine, said: "During the holiday, we strictly enforced 24-hour duty and leadership shifts underground, implementing 'one shift, one follow-up, full-process presence,' closely monitoring stope transitions, key tunneling and filling efficiency to ensure safe and orderly underground production."
During the National Day period, the Third Smelting Plant strengthened safety and process control while organizing production, tapped internal potential, effectively advanced refined management, and maintained a good trend of high and stable output. Among them, the sintering workshop closely monitored production indicators. On National Day itself, the sintering machine operating rate reached 100%, with single-day sintered block output reaching 720 tons. Zhao Fuqiang, Deputy Director of the Sintering Workshop at the Third Smelting Plant, said: "During the holiday, our management personnel took the lead in duty shifts, carefully checked safety measures, eliminated 'three violations,' coordinated raw material ratios, and optimized sintering machine operations to ensure stable output and quality of sintered blocks."
During the holiday, the Copper Company broke down production plans to shifts, with all processes closely connected and running smoothly. The refining workshop presented a busy yet orderly scene, with furnace flames rising and copper liquid flowing slowly between tanks. Workers closely monitored various process parameters on the main control screen, precisely adjusting operating conditions to ensure safe, stable and efficient production. Lu Weining, Deputy Director of the Refining Workshop at the Copper Company, said: "During the holiday, we strictly implemented the leadership on-duty shift system and 24-hour duty system, comprehensively strengthened safety inspections to ensure safety responsibilities were assigned to individuals and safety measures were in place. At the same time, we closely monitored the process parameters of the refining system, strictly implemented standardized operations, ensured safe, efficient and stable operation of the refining system, and strived to achieve an average daily output of 1,200 tons of anode copper."
During the long holiday, the Railway Transport and Logistics Company arranged transport plans in advance, with scheduling, transportation and loading-unloading processes working in coordination. Relying on the online freight logistics management system and the railway 95306 platform, it obtained information on port shipments and in-transit arrivals in advance, coordinated train uncoupling, positioning, empty retrieval and material weighing handovers, ensuring the daily shift plan was fulfilled at each loading and unloading point. Xin Jizong, Deputy Director of the Locomotive Workshop at the Railway Transport and Logistics Company, said: "During the National Day period, the Railway Transport and Logistics Company effectively coordinated logistics operations, adhered to the dual-track parallel operation of road and rail, comprehensively managed the entire chain of cargo arrival, transfer and distribution, fully achieving 100% fulfillment of daily shift plans; simultaneously implemented centralized vehicle management and warehouse management functions, strengthened close coordination among all links to ensure smooth and orderly operation of all work during the holiday."
