China's central bank reported that its gold reserves reached 74.38 million ounces (approximately 2,313.48 metric tons) by the end of March, an increase of 160,000 ounces (about 4.98 metric tons) compared to the end of February, when reserves stood at 74.22 million ounces (around 2,308.5 metric tons). This marks the 17th consecutive month of growth in the country's gold holdings.
