TE HEALTHCARE (06877) announced that Mr. Zhou Zuyu, due to his need to focus on other business arrangements, has tendered his resignation from his positions as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the company's Remuneration Committee, member of the Audit Committee, Corporate Governance Committee, and Nomination Committee, and as the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director. His resignation will take effect from December 31, 2025. Mr. Zhou Jiannan has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the company's Remuneration Committee, member of the Audit Committee, Corporate Governance Committee, and Nomination Committee, and as the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director. His appointment will be effective from January 1, 2026.
