Beijing Saimo Technology Co., Ltd. (SAIMO) disclosed that on 7 June 2026 it executed a two-year cooperation framework agreement with PATEO CONNECT Technology (Shanghai) Corporation and Shenzhen Xunce Technology Co., Ltd.
The collaboration targets three core areas: usage-based AI services, in-vehicle operating-system applications, and the integration of physical AI with “world model” technology. Central to the project is a token-based mechanism—defined strictly as an internal unit for measuring and billing AI model calls, data processing and scenario-specific agent tasks, with no linkage to cryptocurrencies or other regulated digital assets.
Key development priorities include: • Building a device-side usage-measurement infrastructure that combines in-vehicle hardware, usage-based billing, scenario data and intelligent agent matrices. • Formulating in-vehicle billing standards that extend beyond simple model-call fees to encompass consumption, agent tasks, data resources and scenario outcomes. • Designing multi-party settlement protocols capable of allocating revenue automatically among automakers, large-model developers and other stakeholders. • Exploring assetisation and monetisation of on-device data, simulation platforms and compliance-testing resources via Xunce Technology’s systems. • Pursuing OS-level integration through a “PATEO Xunce Saimo TokenOS Enhancement Module” that embeds world models and physical-AI capabilities directly in vehicle operating systems. • Establishing a scenario agent factory to cover the full cycle from data governance and agent training to online deployment and commercial settlement. • Optimising cloud-device collaboration by aligning real-time scheduling, link quality and model pre-validation to bolster security and cost-efficiency.
For SAIMO, the agreement is intended to convert its core competencies—simulation testing, online inspection and security verification—into measurable service units, widen its reach among automobile manufacturers and ecosystem partners, and reinforce its position in autonomous-driving simulation and compliance testing.
Partner profiles: • PATEO CONNECT is a Hong Kong-listed automotive and mobile terminal solutions provider focused on software-hardware-cloud integration and next-generation in-vehicle technologies. • Xunce Technology, also Hong Kong-listed, offers AI real-time data infrastructure and analytics across sectors including asset management, telecommunications and high-end manufacturing.
The framework is largely non-binding, with binding effect limited to confidentiality, intellectual property and dispute-resolution clauses. Any future definitive agreements may trigger further disclosures under Hong Kong listing rules. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in SAIMO shares.
