Modern Innovative Digital Technology Company Limited (MODERN INNO DT) released a notice on 7 September 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its Annual General Meeting circular and accompanying proxy form are now available online. The documents can be reviewed on the company’s website (www.midt.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).
The board, chaired by Mr Ma Weihua, “strongly recommends” shareholders to access the electronic versions. Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties obtaining or viewing the online materials may request free printed copies. To do so, they must complete the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) using the prepaid mailing label, or by email to 2322-ecom@vistra.com.
Non-registered holders preferring to receive future corporate communications electronically are advised to provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until the intermediary forwards a valid email address to the company, such holders will continue to receive printed notices of publication.
