The effective tax rate for the third quarter of 2023 was 14.2%, compared with 8.0% and 19.3% for the preceding quarter and the third quarter of 2022, respectively.
As of September 30, 2023, the Company's total cash and cash equivalents, current and non-current time deposits and restricted cash, as well as short-term investments balance, minus short-term and long-term loans, totaled $14.3 billion.
