SHOUCHENG Invests in Shuoguang Precision to Scale Laser-Based Optical Interconnect Production

Bulletin Express07-15

Shoucheng Holdings Limited (SHOUCHENG) announced that a fund managed by its wholly owned subsidiary under Shoucheng Capital has completed a strategic investment in Shenzhen Shuoguang Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (Shuoguang Precision).

Shuoguang Precision is positioned as a pioneer in laser-precision manufacturing for high-end optical interconnect devices. Built on proprietary ultra-precision optical manufacturing systems, the company focuses on producing high-value-added structured glass components for optical communications and is described in the filing as operating at a globally leading technical level.

According to the filing, SHOUCHENG’s capital injection will enable Shuoguang Precision to establish a standardized production base, expand and upgrade core manufacturing capacity, and accelerate the transition to large-scale industrial operation. The strengthened production platform is expected to unlock additional supply potential and support broader market deployment of the company’s optical interconnect solutions.

Management stated that the investment aligns with SHOUCHENG’s broader strategy of deepening exposure to cutting-edge technologies and niche-sector leaders. Future allocations will continue to target foundational infrastructure and upstream core components within the artificial intelligence value chain, with an emphasis on driving iterative upgrades in China’s optical communication ecosystem.
