(SZ: 000001) has issued an announcement stating that the bank recently received the "Reply of the National Financial Regulatory Administration on the Qualification of Wang Jun as Vice President of Ping An Bank" (Jin Fu [2026] No. 543), in which the National Financial Regulatory Administration approved the qualification of Mr. Wang Jun to serve as Vice President of Ping An Bank Co.,Ltd..

According to his resume, Wang Jun was born in 1977 and holds a bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Xi'an Jiaotong University and a master's degree in Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

From May 2003 to November 2006, Wang Jun successively served as Client Manager, Head of the Corporate Business Department, and Assistant to the President at the Xi'an High-tech Branch of China Everbright Bank.

From November 2006 to July 2008, he successively served as Assistant to the General Manager of the Corporate Business Department, Assistant to the General Manager of the Trade Finance Department, Deputy General Manager of the International Business Department, and Deputy General Manager (presiding over work) of the Corporate Business Department at the Xi'an Branch of China Everbright Bank.

From July 2008 to January 2013, he served as President of the Xi'an High-tech Branch of China Everbright Bank.

From March 2013 to December 2016, he successively served as Assistant to the President and Vice President of the Xi'an Branch of Ping An Bank Co.,Ltd..

From December 2016 to April 2018, he served as President of the Dalian Branch of Ping An Bank Co.,Ltd..

From April 2018 to August 2019, he served as President of the Xi'an Branch of Ping An Bank Co.,Ltd..

From August 2019 to December 2023, he served as President of the Guangzhou Branch of Ping An Bank Co.,Ltd..

From December 2023 to March 2025, he served as President of the Shenzhen Branch of Ping An Bank Co.,Ltd..

Since March 2025, he has served as a member of the Party Committee of the head office of Ping An Bank Co.,Ltd..

Since May 2025, he has served as Assistant to the President of the head office of Ping An Bank Co.,Ltd..
