CSOP 2x SK Hynix ETF (07709) has reversed early losses to trade more than 3% higher, after opening the session down over 8%. As of the latest update, the fund is up 3.38% to HK$54.52, with turnover reaching HK$5.515 billion.
According to market reports, at the recent AI Summit in San Francisco, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang and the SK Group jointly announced a comprehensive partnership program valued at over $500 billion. As part of the plan, SK Telecom will build a 2 gigawatt (GW)-class NVIDIA Vera Rubin DSX AI factory in South Korea. Additionally, SK hynix has signed a long-term AI memory partnership with NVIDIA to lock in the supply of HBM4. The first factory is expected to begin operations in 2027.
Furthermore, SK hynix will establish a long-term AI memory relationship with NVIDIA. As a follow-up measure to strengthen their ongoing technological collaboration, the agreement enables NVIDIA to secure a stable supply of next-generation AI memory, while also allowing SK hynix to expand its growth foundation. The two companies will jointly develop and optimize next-generation AI memory solutions, including HBM, to meet evolving infrastructure demands ranging from large language model training to agentic AI and physical AI.
