Subsidiary of Yuexiu Property Secures Guangzhou Haizhu District Land Parcel for 1.375 Billion Yuan

YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123) has announced that on June 30, 2026, through its indirectly held subsidiary, Guangzhou Yunhu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., it successfully acquired a land parcel in Guangzhou's Haizhu District for 1.375 billion yuan via public listing.

The acquired land, located in the Pazhou Central Area II, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, has a site area of approximately 20,415 square meters and a total gross floor area of about 36,000 square meters, of which the plot ratio floor area is roughly 22,650 square meters.

The land is designated for residential use, with the residential properties to be constructed intended for sale. In accordance with planning requirements, the company is obligated to construct and subsequently transfer, at no cost, ancillary facilities including roads, green spaces, and waterways totaling no less than 11,355 square meters to a department designated by the Guangzhou Municipal Government.

The parcel is situated in a traditional residential improvement zone within Pazhou Central Area II. It lies south of Xingang East Road and east of Yangqing Road, approximately 4.5 kilometers in a straight line from the Pazhou West Area, where the company has several other development projects. The location overlooks the key planned "Pazhou Eye" area to the north, which is positioned as the Guangzhou Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy Pilot Zone.

The site benefits from proximity to a metro station, estimated at about 200 meters away, and is surrounded by high-quality educational, commercial, and lifestyle amenities.

The company's board of directors believes that the acquisition of this land at a reasonable cost will enhance the company's portfolio of premium land reserves and further solidify its strategic position in Guangzhou.
