On May 19, it was learned from the Beijing Digital Human Base OPC (One Person Company) Innovation Community that the first batch of 11 OPC communities in Chaoyang District were unveiled at the "Guangzhi Space Artificial Intelligence OPC Ecological Salon." These include the O-Hub Community, the Xingdi (Chaoyang) OPC Open-Source Entrepreneurship Community, and the Zhongguancun (Chaoyang) Industrial AI Industrial Park Guangzhi Workshop OPC Community, forming a community network covering technical exchange, resource connection, project incubation, and talent cultivation. A "one-person company" refers to an entrepreneurial method where an individual, using AI tools, independently completes the entire commercial chain from product design and development to market launch, achieving a "one-person army" approach. It was introduced that the Beijing Digital Human Base Innovation Community O-Hub, as the nation's first all-element digital employee OPC micro-ecology model community, integrates space support, technical backing, market transactions, and standard certification, providing full-chain support for settled OPCs. At the salon, the Beijing Digital Human Base 2.0 was officially upgraded to the "Beijing Digital Human Base OPC Innovation Community O-Hub." The community will focus on AI digital employee capability building, empowering OPC enterprises in the application and implementation within real business scenarios. The Xingdi (Chaoyang) OPC Open-Source Entrepreneurship Community targets "super individuals" and lightweight teams in the era of AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content), focusing on AIGC, Vibe Coding, and AI+ interactive content. It aims to build the nation's first "computing power + tools dual-inclusive" open-source community, establishing a service system of "space + computing power + dual-tools matrix + ecology." In vertical sectors, the Zhongguancun (Chaoyang) Industrial AI Industrial Park Guangzhi Workshop OPC Community leverages the AI security technology of 360 Group and the park operation advantages of Electronic City Hi-Tech, focusing on seven major areas of AI security to create the nation's first AI security OPC industrial cluster, promoting technological innovation and deep scenario implementation. The Beichen OPC Community utilizes the synergistic advantages of multiple formats including commerce, apartments, offices, exhibitions, and industrial services. It focuses on tracks such as AI, artificial intelligence, data elements, and exhibitions, building a six-in-one entrepreneurial ecology of "space + technology + scenarios + orders + capital + services" to achieve co-living and work and full-chain empowerment. Targeting youth and independent developers, the Geek Tribe·AI Application Ecological Park positions itself with "AI application ecology + youth-friendly community + OPC lightweight entrepreneurship accelerator" at its core. It innovatively launches the "one-person army" entrepreneurial model, focusing on serving independent entrepreneurs in fields like digital audiovisual AIGC creation and AI-native application development. The Wangjing Technology·OPC Intelligent Innovation Community creates a regional open-source ecological hub, introduces open-source large model nodes, and establishes a park-sharing ecological model. It provides a "ready-to-use" R&D environment for small and medium-sized AI enterprises, offering low-cost computing power scheduling, data cleaning tools, compliance review services, and other toolchains. Focusing on conversational AI, AI comics, AI+ education, and AI+ industry, it fosters an entrepreneurial community with "weekly exchanges and monthly activities," connecting developers, industrial parties, and capital to form an ecological pattern of cross-border integration and collaborative evolution. In addition to the OPC community matrix, Chaoyang District's OPC support policies have also been recently released, further improving the policy support, entrepreneurial services, and ecological synergy system for "AI+OPC" industrial development, accelerating the gathering of related resources towards entrepreneurs and innovation projects. Chen Lei, Deputy Director of the Chaoyang Park Administrative Committee and Director of the District Science and Information Technology Bureau, introduced that besides the construction of characteristic communities, production tool platforms, application scenarios, and computing power and data support, Chaoyang District has for the first time proposed "SICN (Super Individual Connectivity Network)." This promotes the construction of a professional service system for super individuals and OPCs, providing support such as resource linking, business cooperation, and brand marketing, further addressing the shortcomings of entrepreneurs in market and commercial capabilities, and also promoting OPCs' development from single-unit entrepreneurship towards networked collaboration.
