According to a notice on the website of the Jinzhou City Market Supervision Administration in Liaoning Province, the authority recently conducted a 2025 quality supervision and sampling inspection of products including hand sanitizer.

The overall inspection involved 100 batches of products such as drones, plastic film bags, and student uniforms. Among these, 32 batches were from 27 manufacturing enterprises, while 68 batches came from 54 sales units. The inspection revealed that 2 batches from 2 manufacturers failed to meet standards, representing a non-compliance discovery rate of 6.3%. Additionally, 5 batches from 5 sales units were non-compliant, yielding a discovery rate of 7.4%.

For hand sanitizer, the supervision inspection was conducted according to national standards including GB/T 34855-2017 "Hand Sanitizer," testing items such as total active matter, total bacterial count, and stability. No product quality issues were identified in this category.

The inspection of children's and infants' clothing was based on standards like GB/T 39508-2020 "Knitted Apparel for Infants and Children," with tests for formaldehyde content, fiber content, and pH value. No product quality problems were found.

Building waterproof materials were inspected against national standards including GB 18242-2008 "Elastomer Modified Asphalt Waterproofing Membrane" and GB/T 18173.1-2012 "Polymer Waterproof Materials - Part 1: Sheets," evaluating properties like heat resistance, elongation, and tensile strength. The inspection found no quality issues.

Student uniforms were tested according to standards such as GB 18401-2010 "National General Safety Technical Code for Textile Products," focusing on fiber content, color fastness to water, and color fastness to light. A quality issue was identified concerning non-compliant fiber content.

Building steel materials were inspected based on standards including GB 1499.2-2024 "Steel for the Reinforcement of Concrete - Part 2: Hot-rolled Ribbed Bars" and GB 13788-2024 "Cold-rolled Ribbed Steel Bars," with tests for bending, reverse bending, and tensile strength Rm. No product quality problems were detected.

Plastic film bags were examined under standards such as GB/T 4456-2008 "Polyethylene Blown Film for Packaging" and GB 4806.7-2023 "National Food Safety Standard, Plastic Materials and Articles for Food Contact," testing for overall migration, coliform bacteria, and barrier properties (oxygen). The inspection revealed no quality issues.

Dishwashing detergents were inspected according to standards including GB 14930.1-2022 "National Food Safety Standard for Detergents," with tests for total bacterial count, coliform bacteria, and formaldehyde. No product quality problems were found.

Thermal insulation materials were evaluated against standards like GB/T 29906-2013 "Materials for External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems Based on Expanded Polystyrene" and GB/T 10801.1-2021 "Molded Polystyrene Foam Plastics for Thermal Insulation," testing for thermal conductivity coefficient (average temperature 25°C), combustion performance, and apparent density deviation. A quality issue was identified concerning non-compliant thermal conductivity coefficient (average temperature 25°C).

Sanitary napkins (for adults and infants) were inspected based on standards including GB/T 8939-2018 "Sanitary Napkins (Pantiliners)," testing for total bacterial count, total fungal count, and water absorption ratio. No product quality issues were detected.

Excessive packaging (for products like mooncakes and tea) was inspected according to standards such as GB 23350-2021 "Requirements for Restricting Excessive Packaging of Goods - Food and Cosmetics," evaluating packaging void ratio, number of packaging layers, and mixed packaging requirements. A quality issue was identified concerning non-compliant packaging void ratio.

Online sampling inspections (for disposable hygiene products) were conducted based on standards including GB/T 8939-2018 "Sanitary Napkins (Pantiliners)," testing for total bacterial count, total fungal count, and water absorption ratio. No product quality problems were found.

Drones were inspected against standards including GB 42590-2023 "Safety Requirements for Civil Unmanned Aircraft Systems," evaluating noise, lighting, and overall machine drop tests. A quality issue was identified concerning non-compliant noise levels.

Coatings were examined according to standards such as GB/T 9756-2018 "Synthetic Resin Emulsion Coatings for Interior Wall" and GB/T 9755-2014 "Synthetic Resin Emulsion Coatings for Exterior Wall," testing for scrub resistance, dirt pickup resistance (white and light colors), and water resistance. Quality issues were identified concerning non-compliant scrub resistance and dirt pickup resistance (white and light colors).

The detailed list of enterprises involved in the 2025 quality supervision and sampling inspection for hand sanitizer and other products is provided in the official records.
