Due to an adjustment in work arrangements, Ms. Li Yi will step down from her role as the company's acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 1, 2026. Following her resignation from this position, Ms. Li will continue to serve as a Vice President of the company. Concurrently, Mr. Zhao Yu has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of the company, with the appointment also taking effect on June 1, 2026.
