CONCH MAT TECH (02560) has announced that Mr. Li Liangxian has resigned from his positions as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules, and as the agent for service of legal process in Hong Kong, effective May 8, 2026. Concurrently, Ms. Chen Xi has been appointed to these roles, also effective from May 8, 2026.
