YIXIN adds 860,000-share buyback on 17 July; 9.19 million shares now awaiting cancellation

Bulletin Express07-17

Yixin Group Limited (YIXIN) disclosed that it repurchased 860,000 ordinary shares on 17 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 1.41 and HKD 1.42 per share. The operation cost HKD 1.22 million.

Including this latest tranche, the company has bought back 9.19 million shares between 25 June and 17 July 2026. The cumulative repurchases equate to approximately 0.14% of YIXIN’s issued share capital as at the 23 April 2026 date when shareholders granted the current buyback mandate.

All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation and have not yet been removed from the share register. Consequently, YIXIN’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 6.81 billion ordinary shares as of 17 July 2026.

Under its April mandate, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 678.72 million shares, meaning only about 1.36% of the approved limit has been utilised to date. Following the 17 July transaction, YIXIN is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares, effective until 16 August 2026.

The board confirms that all buybacks were executed in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and relevant legal requirements.
