BENQ HOLDING (02581) has released a corporate announcement detailing leadership changes within its board of directors.

Effective from August 6, 2026, Mr. Chen Jui-chieh has resigned from his roles as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee. This decision was made to allow Mr. Chen to dedicate more time to his other business ventures and personal affairs.

In a concurrent move, Professor Chen Shih-Ann has been appointed to fill the resulting vacancies. Professor Chen will serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee for BENQ HOLDING.
