Operations Intern Job Description: - Handle daily operations for the "Wave Studio" WeChat account, including content creation, brand building, enhancing user experience, cross-promotion for follower growth, and routine reposting tasks. - Participate in various projects or planning initiatives as needed, contributing your ideas and skills.
Qualifications: 1. Understand the basic principles of operating content platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts, Zhihu, and Weibo, and grasp key strategies for increasing followers on each platform. 2. Possess strong news sensitivity and the ability to discern information accurately, with a good sense for judging article quality. 3. Have a good aesthetic sense, capable of selecting informative images to complement text, with meticulous attention to text, layout, and images. 4. Video Planning Intern Job Description: 1. Video Cover Design: Create thematic covers for videos, ensuring they align with the styles and specifications of platforms like Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Accounts, and Weibo to enhance appeal. 2. Content Organization & Re-creation: Sort and categorize existing video materials, engage in secondary creation, and design Xiaohongshu graphic content, including image selection, layout, and copy optimization. 3. Account Operations: Manage daily operations for various platform accounts, including content publishing, data monitoring, and adjusting strategies based on platform algorithms to increase exposure and fan interaction. Familiarity with optimal posting times, algorithm rules, and content review standards is necessary. 4.
