    國內經濟就要製造業了，急於把低端芯片發展起來，高端芯片基本就放棄了，如果中美關係僵化，一切工廠爲了避免風險會把芯片放在其他國家生產，那國內的芯片只能自己消化了，低端芯片過幾年就是淘汰芯片了，最近臺積電在南京擴展28nm，在德國和日本要建立新的芯片廠。
