Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited data released on September 15 reveals that PATEO (02889) executive director and Chief Financial Officer Zhang Fukai acquired 40,760 additional shares in the company at HKD 83.6 per share, totaling approximately HKD 3.4075 million.
Following the transaction, Zhang Fukai's total shareholding has risen to about 128,800 shares, representing a 0.14% ownership stake in the company.
