Eastroc Beverage Announces RMB 2.50-per-Share Final Dividend for FY2025; Ex-Dividend Set for 5 May 2026

Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. has released an updated dividend timetable, confirming a final cash dividend of RMB 25 per 10 shares (equivalent to RMB 2.50 per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Shareholders are scheduled to approve the payout at the annual general meeting on 29 April 2026.

Key dates: • Ex-dividend date: 5 May 2026 • Deadline to lodge transfer documents: 16:30 on 6 May 2026 • Book-close period: 7–14 May 2026 • Record date: 14 May 2026 • Payment date: to be announced

The dividend will be distributed in Hong Kong dollars; the exact HKD amount and applicable exchange rate will be disclosed closer to the payment date.

Tax treatment: A 10% PRC enterprise income tax will be withheld on dividends paid to non-resident enterprise shareholders whose names appear on the H-share register, including holdings under HKSCC Nominees Limited and other institutional nominees. Eligible shareholders may apply for refunds in accordance with relevant tax treaties and regulations.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as share registrar, located at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

As of the announcement date, Eastroc Beverage’s board comprises six executive directors and four independent non-executive directors, including Chairman Lin Muqin and independent director Zhao Yali.
