SCHOLAR EDU Publishes AGM Circular and Implements Full Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

On 27 May 2026, Scholar Education Group (“SCHOLAR EDU”) announced the release of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) Circular, now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.skledu.com) and the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to non-registered shareholders who previously opted for physical mailings.

The company confirmed a transition to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07. Henceforth, shareholders will receive notification of publication by post or email based on their current preference, while full documents will remain accessible online.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to continue (or begin) receiving printed materials must submit a completed Reply Form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email ir@skledu.com. The form can also be downloaded from the company or HKExnews websites.

SCHOLAR EDU reiterated that printed copies of any corporate communication will be provided without charge upon request. Shareholders may update language or delivery preferences at any time by notifying the share registrar or via the dedicated investor-relations email.
