KING FOOK HOLD Announces Annual Results with 15.32% Rise in Attributable Profit

KING FOOK HOLD (00280) has released its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026.

The company reported revenue of approximately HK$1.022 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 15.37%.

Profit attributable to the company's owners was about HK$102 million, marking a growth of 15.32% compared to the previous year.

Earnings per share stood at 11.2 HK cents. The board has proposed a final dividend of 2.6 HK cents per share and a special dividend of 8.0 HK cents per share.

According to the announcement, retail revenue increased from HK$886 million last year to HK$1.022 billion.

This growth was driven by robust performance in the jewellery and watch business, as well as rapid expansion in the gold business, with full-year same-store sales growth reaching 18.3%.
